A concentrator has a “filter”, usually at the side or back. These filters are usually nothing more than a flat sheet of foam, sort of like a very thin sponge. Over time it will collect a lot of dust. You will need to remove this from time to time and clean it. They pull right out, aren't attached to anything. Just rinse it off in cool water and press it in a towel. This usually does the trick.
